#235 Philippine Weather Update and Typhoon Watch as of 6PM 17th Sep 2014. A Tropical Depression (TD) located approx 950 kilometers East of Samar Island and proceeding norwesterly in the general direction of Northern Luzon. Malayo pa po itong weather disturbance at ang forecast ay 50% chance of becoming a Tropical Cyclone. Will closely monitor this one. DO NOT PANIC. KEEP CALM.
