23rd January 2015 Hello Everyone, God is so good. Heres to you all who accused me of paranoia and mental illness. See, God never allowed you to disrepute me. A Big Slap on all your faces. To all my Genuine Friends and Families here in Facebook, Here are the information of someone who has tried so many times for so long to discredit my ability to look after my son. This man is so VINDICTIVE, so EVIL, so VEXATIOUS, UNKIND and IMMATURE. He has been doing this to me since I was carrying my child when I was only seven weeks pregnant. He has been supported with these bunch of IMMORAL, UNETHICAL, CORRUPT, UNJUST and EVIL SPIRITED individuals from different Government and Private Organisations who abuses their power to cripple my life. Look at the photos below. He is supported with this woman, a Court Appointed Lawyer for Child who has been manipulating the Legal System and fabricating everything she can to cripple my life personally and professionally for such a long, long, time. That started when my son was only less than a year old. She was in trouble with the Privacy Commissioner for non – compliant with the Privacy Act Legislation, on the 20th June 2014, she was given the last day of her response to the Commissioner, because she did not responded to my request since November 2013, what she did instead, she tried to gang with Colin Brown, some CYFS Staff, some NZ Police Staff and some Court Staff, sending me to Mental Assessment for Whistle Blow. They contacted the different Courts to disadvantage my case, she contacted the Court requesting them to appoint a “Legislation Guardian” to represent me, CYFS staff contacted two of my lawyers advising them that “I should seek professional help” before I can see my son. Thanks to them, two of my lawyers resigned on the same day on the 27th June 2014 to represent me at different matters at different courts. They did it secretly behind my back, but God guided me to find out what they were doing behind the scene. The CYFS staff denied in June 2014 when they were asked who referred me to Mental Health, they said it was from the NZ Police, when I asked the NZ Police, they said that the referral was from CYFS, so I requested my files in July 2014, they did not gave the UNABRIDGE COPIES of my files, that’s why the Privacy Commissioner was involved. On the 05th December 2014, I had a meeting with the Privacy Commissioner and the St Lukes Mental Health Team, I was so shocked to find out that these people from Government Organisations were ganging each other to cripple my life. They lied to me, they lied to the Court, they lied to my son, they lied to my lawyers, they lied to my son’s school and to all the people involved with my case at different courts. On the 27th June 2014, they lied to me and my son, saying to my son that I was not able to pick him up from school because I had to go and see a doctor because I was sick. I have never been sick on that day. They stopped my access with my son for what, for telling the truth? They were the ones who contravened the Court Order dated 18th April 2011. On the 29th June 2014, this Court Appointed Lawyer for Child Paulette Main contacted the Courts requesting the Court to appoint a Counsel to assist to act as “Litigation Guardian” to act for me and many individuals because they accused me of paranoia and mental illness. Very Vindictive and Evil. On the 26th June 2014, these people created a note on their system sending a letter to me, this letter has not at all have been posted to me. I have never received this letter at all. This was just created to support their accusations and allegations of me being paranoid and mentaly ill. On the 30th June 2014, they created a note on their system contacted Mental Health. ( Hahahaha – a big slap on their faces – the doctor and nurses that they sent to my flat on the 28th June 2014 was saying that I did not meet the criteria under 8A, to meet the criteria “ I have to have a mental illness and be a danger to myself and others.” They noted on their system that “ I admitted I was paranoid and unsure how this is not a mental illness”. I have never spoke or met with this woman, I have never admitted and said to her that I am paranoid. These people were lying because their behind the scene activities are now known to me. On the 27th June 2014, one of CYFS staff sent e-mail to my lawyer and to different individuals from different organisations, saying that I should seek “professional help” before I see my son. This was another character assassination. I was never diagnosed with depression or mental illness in my entire 44 years of life. I was never prescribed with mental illness medications in my entire 44 years of life. I felt sorry for some of the people from CYFS and the NZ Police, their jobs been ruined because of the manipulations of COLIN BROWN and Paulette Main. They have been doing this to me since my son was less than a year old. The problem with these people, they assumed and exaggerate the situations. They don’t investigate or gather right information properly before they take proper actions on their work. In 2007, the Court Appointed a Child Psychologist to do a S133 Report from the Care of Children Act 2004, Section 133 in regards to assessing my son’s cultural, religious, educational, medical and psychological background being parented from parents coming from two cultures and growing up on different homes. The Judge needed help from the Child Psychologist to help him make proper determination in our case regarding access. The Court Appointed Lawyer for Child Paulette Main faxed the copy of the Child Psychologist Report to the CYFS and the NZ Police in August 2007. She only wrote on the cover page “Psychologist Report”, she did not mentioned about A Child Psychologist Report, so, everyone from CYFS and the NZ Police thought that I have mental illness. Shamed. They have been doing a lot of damaged into my life for years, behind the scene. Now, God is slowly revealing them to me. There are more to come.
