24-HOUR PUBLIC WEATHER FORECAST Issued At: 5:00 a.m., 12 August 2013 Valid Beginning: 5:00 a.m. today until 5:00 a.m. tomorrow 24-hr Mean Sea Level Pressure Predicted Mean Sea Level Pressure Analysis for 8 a.m., 12 August 2013 24-hr Mean Sea Level Streamline Predicted Mean Sea Level Wind Analysis for 8 a.m., 12 August 2013 Satellite Image Satellite Image for 4:32 a.m., 12 August 2013 Synopsis: At 4:00 a.m. today, the eye of Typhoon "LABUYO" was located at 45 km of Casiguran, Aurora (16.2°N, 121.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 165 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 200 kph. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 22 kph. Forecast: Cagayan Valley, the Regions of Cordillera and Ilocos, Provinces of Aurora, Zambales, Tarlac and Nueva Ecija will experience stormy weather with rough to very rough seas. Batanes, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Rizal, Northern Quezon including Polillo Island, Laguna, Cavite and Metro Manila will have rains with gusty winds with moderate to rough seas. The rest of the country will be cloudy with moderate to occasionally heavy rainshowers and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over the rest of the country and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.
