#24HoursinTheRSAF - Fighter Cross Deployment An RSAF F-16C/D Fighting Falcon prepares for a training mission in Kuantan Air Base while a Royal Malaysian Air Force Hawk fighter aircraft lands in Changi Air Base (East). As part of this years ongoing Five Power Defence Arrangements (FPDA) exercise, Exercise Bersama Lima 2014, a Fighter Cross Deployment was held between the RSAF and the RMAF. Five Hawks have been deployed by The RMAF to Changi Air Base (East), while five F-16C/Ds have been deployed by the RSAF to Kuantan Air Base in Malaysia. Exercise Bersama Lima is one of the major FPDA exercises designed to enhance regional security and foster cooperation among its member countries, namely Australia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore and the United Kingdom.
