#25 - Ceviche 500 grams white fish - I used the Whiteing I got for $3.50 a kilo. So $1.75 of Fish !/2 Cup Lemon Juice - 40 cents 1 small red onion - 20 cents 1 large chilli - from garden 2 large or 3 small Tomatoes - $1.00 1 cup coriander leaves - from Garden Place Fish in a bowl with the lemon juice, mix and leave in fridge for 2 hours, mixing a few times. then just add it all together. I topped with fine micro greens - I grow in propergater in earlier post. 1500 Cal in total. Ready in 10 minutes, plus 2 hours marinating the fish first! COST - $3.35 would feed 6 with Salad, fresh bread etc. ENJOY - I am!
