25 Days to a Fit X-Mas Day 24: V Leg Lift with Single Leg Crunch!!! How to Perform Move: Begin by getting in a upside down V shape with palms and feet on the floor. Lift one leg up and bring down towards chest in a crunch like motion. Repeat! How is it Beneficial: This move works several parts of your body. Your Glutes when lifting leg up, your abs when coming into a crunch, and your shoulders by holding your body weight in the V shape position. Challenge: your challenge of the day is to do this workout 20 times per leg so a total of 40 in one set. You will do this set 5 times through. If you complete Day 24 challenge, you would have finished doing a total of 200 V Leg Lift with Single Leg Crunch!!!
