25 minutes left until the end of the day and, supposedly, open enrollment for Obamacare. Waiting times on the website were about 40 minutes to an hour and a half. Tomorrow, we will see if you can create an account still. Health insurance will still be available on a short term basis, enough to cover you until the next open enrollment. It will not excuse you from the penalty if you get a tax refund in 2015.
