25 years ago, I competed in my first track meet at the University of Wyoming. I had not planned to compete today but what better cardiac rehab to get this refurbished ticker beating. I have not practiced in months but had a blast and was competitive. What a great environment there is at UW track and field. Im thankful for a really good day with family and friends: swimming with my kids, touring new University of Wyoming facilities, a track meet at my alma mater, a womens basketball game at the Dome of Doom, and dinner with family. Im thankful to see old friends and meet new ones. #blessed #content
