25 years have passed since the fall of the Berlin Wall. Many today do not understand the depths of oppression in Communist Europe. Imagine a government so brutal that you would risk death to push your baby through barbed wire to total strangers so they could escape. Freedom won that day after many years of struggle. I remember watching this victory unfold and I hope to live to see the DMZ in Korea fall as well.
