26 May 2014 Update YCW, P2, S1, YCS, G2 (Please click on see more for relevant update). Since we operate in wilderness campsites where connectivity is poor, photos will be uploaded once the group is back. YCW - Jayalgarh Kids are at Maletha practising their rafting skills & doing river activities. They are all doing fine. They had a great time yesterday doing their short rafting exercise & relaxed in the evening with songs & games. P2 - Sitlakhet It rained yesterday evening & kids had fun indoors playing games. Twin Action Black have gone for their rides learning more biking skills while Twin Action Red have gone for a day out learning navigation & marking along the way. They will cook out & return in the evening. ODS group are on a long trek & will pick up survival skills along the way. Archery & rifle shooting await them this afternoon. All kids are fine. Its pleasant but a little cloudy. S1, YCS - Dharamshala S1 Black star kids are on a trek to McLeodganj. They left in the morning. Red star kids have gone for map-reading trek out. They will return & post lunch they will engage in archery & campus media. The Snow Challenge kids left early for their expedition. We wish them luck as they climb up to Indrahar Pass. Weather in Dharamshala is sunny & kids are all doing fine. G2 - Tirthan Twin action kids who are on nightout are into their 2nd day. They are all doing fine. The Twin action Red star group had a good time at their nightout & managed to get into their tents just before rains started last night. They are fine & had gone out for raft-building today. Twin Action 2nd group left this morning for their 2 nighout trek. The RBP group went to the waterfall this morning for a slide & will do bandana making this afternoon. They had loads of fun yesterday with a cricket match on campus followed by a hilarious kirtan one of the kids did! Warmly Team Youreka
