#26WOD My body is nicely but surely sore all over from adding a Bikram class to the mix yesterday after a long absence. Feels good and I slept so comfortably. Looking forward to this crazy workout.... Lets do it! SHOULDER CHALLENGE 145 upright rows 100 side lateral raises 130 shoulder presses 105 shoulder rotations/side THIGH CHALLENGE 95 lateral lunges/side 130 scissors 52 fire hydrants/side 135 plie squat pulses BACK CHALLENGE 100 reverse flies 100 bridge pullovers 80 renegade rows/side 2min superman ARM CHALLENGE 46 push-ups 100 dips 130 bicep curls 110second punches AB CHALLENGE 110 sit-ups 170 crunches 60 leg raises 100second plank SQUAT CHALLENGE 225 squats CARDIO CHALLENGE 4minutes 10seconds each of jumping jacks, mountain climbers, jumprope with or without a rope, and skaters Im looking forward to time with family today. It seems rarer and rarer with lifes activities. I hope you find some of that too...fill yourselves up with whatever fills you up. :)
