26th July: 8am- 2 HB eggs, white tea, no sugar 10am- protein shake 12.30pm- 100grm chick breast, 1/2 cup sweet potato, 1,1/2 cups steamed mixed veg 4pm- 1/2 mango, 1/2 serve protein into smoothie with ice. 6.45pm- 130grm rib fillet, 2 cups steamed veg White tea, no sugar Exercise- 45 mins lazy upper body weights, 30 mins mod intensity bike. Exercise a struggle this week feeling sluggish because of poor diet for 3wks and lack of sleep still catching up from holiday, hoping by Sat it will start picking up.
