28/03/2014 Dear Chief Executive, As you are probably aware, your refuge collection service has been altered in aid of cutting cost(s). I would like to point out the incompetence of the team that is managing this change over. Recycle bins not being collected on new dates published, Grey Bins also not being collected... Obviously this is causing great annoyance to the public, to be told to basically hoard both recycling waste and household waste is not acceptable way to deal with this issue, both for the environment and the risk to wildlife. Although cutting cost(s) is every Councils priority maybe the money wasted on an extravagant water feature and an eye sore for a sculpture together with the costs of installing and maintaining CCTV to stop drunk people on a Saturday night from climbing up the monstrosity, any right minded person would have seen that coming. Could have been used more productively in services needed. Please deal with this utter shower of shambles with the refuge collection. Someone somewhere in your organisation needs to be accountable for this mess that has arisen. I would hate to have to bother someone in Central Government for the incompetence demonstrated on a simple task that I am sure a team of School Children would show more capability.
