28TH AMENDMENT ONE of the injustices that our congress perpetrates is the exemption from insider trading laws. The Royal Class go to Washington and make fortunes with no loss propositions, an elite ruling class that is above the law. Governors of 35 states have filed suit against the Federal Government for imposing unlawful burdens upon them. It only takes 38 (of the 50) States to convene a Constitutional Convention to force the President and Congress to be subject to the constitution. A lot of good men and women have gone to DC as Patriots but something in the water destroys their vision and purpose. They become a self-serving form of royalty. Let us press our state representatives to proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution: Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators, Representatives of Congress; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States. Let us force the Federal Government to strictly adhere to the constitution and its limits on State’s rights. Let us make provisions that limit “Law making” judicial branch from issuing federal decrees that are contrary to the state’s rights. Let us take a stand against an oppressive government that daily grows out of control.
