Trust me they are indeed! See for yourself. There are Chandeliers in the sitting area and the dining area. (Now thats royalty :D) There are dressing rooms in both the rooms. (Please refer to the pictures) A few details about it - In the bedroom, there is a small door, inside that door there are wardrobes, mirror and another small door for the washroom. Havent clicked the picture of one thing, but let me state it. In the dining area, there is a window. Below it, there is a platform. So you can put some cushions and sit there with a cup of coffee and enjoy. (This seemed really refreshing to me ) >Aqua-guard is a part of the flat. Consider it yours ! >Parking – 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler can be accommodated too. >The terrace of the building is just great.
