DATE: JUNE 22, 2013 SATURDAY TIME: 8:00AM SHARP VENUE: BARANGAY TUMANA ACTIVITY AREA DEADLINE OF ENTRY FORM: JUNE 21, 2013 FRIDAY 8:00AM-5:00PM AT THE OFFICE OF BARANGAY TUMANA GUIDELINES: > must be bonified residence of barangay tumana >ONLY TWO PARTICIPANTS PER GRADE/YEAR LEVEL AND YOUTH ORG. > age 9-25years old >maximum of 25 participants will be allowed to complete >each participants must bring 1/2 illustration board >participants may use any chalk materials (white and colored) provided by tyf organizers and sponsors. >all entries must be original and must b related to the theme: "BATA AKO, KABATAAN AKO, ANO BA AKO SA TUMANA" >judging will be on first impression, creativity originality skill, and use of color. >digital photos will be taken and used publicity purpose. >contest proper is on saturday, june 22, 2013 at 8:00am onwards. >all artist will receive a certificate of participants from the organizers >chalk art judges decisions are final and cant be appealed >requiremnts for registration > photo copy of birth certificates >photo copy of valid ID (shool iD, voterd Id etc. winners will be received 1st palce 1,500 medal cert. 2nd place 1,000 medal cert. 3rd place 500 medal cert. CRITERIA FOR JUDGING CENTRALITY/RELEVANCE TO THE THEME 40% ORIGINALITY 30% CREATIVITY 10% LEVEL OF EFFORT AND CLEANLINESS 20% TOTAL 100%
