2hrs 56mins in the sumo suit! Amazing support from everyone paving the streets and it was much needed. Matt Holdback was my motivation coach you are looking at 3hrs today pal, good luck and Kate Walters was my scream uncontrollably supporter. Pic 1 is pre race hence the smile, the rest during and after and the last a 5mins ice bath to aid recovery.
