We are hitting them at every angle. You can modify the movements if needed. Chair dips can be made more difficult by having your legs straight in front of you or elevated on a chair or box. Bring your feet closer to make them easier. You can go to your knees if need for the push-ups, but remember to keep your midline in that super tight plank position. Imagine a straight line from your head to the back of your knees. Handstand push-ups can be done strict or kipping against the wall or to modify use a chair.
