#3 #Conforming to the image of the son. #Jesus always pray There are some instances in the bible where Jesus prayed in the scriptures. #1. Mark 1:35 NLT Before daybreak the next morning, Jesus got up and went out to an isolated place to pray. ...In the morning before day break (between 12am - 6am) he got up to pray and his disciple went to look for him where he was. This means that he has always been going to that place that is solitary to pray that was why they knew that he will be there. Early in the morning , you plan your day with God before leaving the house. I believe that its during the conversation BTW God and Jesus in the morning that God do make him to know the kind of people he will be healing and dealing with for that day. God will show him how everything will be for the day. #2. Matthew 14:23 NLT After sending them home, he went up into the hills by himself to pray. Night fell while he was there alone. After doing a lot of miracle for the day, I.e at the end of each day, he goes back to God to give a report of what he has done for the day. Also , to thank God for always hearing his prayer. Jesus emphasised on praying without ceasing in Luke 18v1. Paul the apostle also emphasized on praying without ceasing in 1Thess 5v17. Jesus said that PRAYER + Fast = POWER +PRAYER = - Temptation (I.e more prayer less temptations Mark 14:38) Although, there are so many type of prayers and all are directed to God. #Follow the #footsteps of #Christ #TheGospelOfTheKingdom #HappySunday
