Al of these yummy foods can and will bring forth a better health and most of all – accelerate your metabolism. 2. Be active! Take the bus from the second nearest stop and walk to there every day, get off it a stop earlier and walk home. If you’re with a car – park it in the second-nearest parking zone and walk from there. It’s easy and sets up a routine but not only – it also teaches your body to love being active. 3. Look at the bright side. Positive thinking is always a great way to achieve difficult tasks. Don’t think of this weight-losing as something nasty, annoying or something that has been imposed on you by society. It is imposed on you by you yourself and you can always stop doing it, true.
