3 MONTHS FREE SERVICE AND INTERNAL PARTS WARRANTY Accessories, LCD, touch screen flex, battery, buttons, speakers, and housing are not covered. No receipt no warranty. Warranty sticker should be intact. If receipt has been lost - sulit.ph or tipidpc member who posted feedback will be honored for warranty claims. Your profile account should have contact and name info that will match our records or copy of receipt. Warranty sticker should be intact. Estimated repair of your unit will take 1-4 weeks. We will adjust the warranty claims period if necessary. Your tablet PC should not be lost, stolen, misused, neglected, poorly installed, subjected to malicious damage, or damage caused by fire, explosion, floods, lightning, storms, frost or other bad weather conditions, rust, corrosion or water. We recommend that you back up or store any data/files on a regular basis as we will not restore any data/files in the event of your tablet PC requiring a repair. We are not liable for any unresolved tablet PC/Netbook/cellphone issues. The item should be returned to our supplier for another 1-4 weeks check-up/service. 1 MONTH CHANGE UNIT WARRANTY. CHANGE UNIT WARRANTY NOTE: Broken LCD, Adapter, Charger, Accessories, and speakers are not covered. Physical Damage, misuse, mishandling, burns, firmware upgrade, overcharged battery and removal of warranty sticker will void the warranty. All warranty claims should be returned to our office/home. We are not responsible for your transportation expense/shipping cost back and forth. No receipt No warranty. OUT OF REPLACEMENT WARRANTY- REPAIR/SERVICE (Excluding broken LCD only): If the unit has scratches - parts and service are free within 1 MONTH period only. Warranty seal should be intact. No receipt no warranty. (1-2 weeks estimated repair - we will adjust warranty claims period) IF THE UNIT FOR REPLACEMENT IS OUT OF STOCK (COLOR AVAILABILITY, SAME VERSION, SIZE, ETC) - We will offer you other color(s) available in our stock. Item for replacement must be the same version, size and specification. Maximum of two (2) weeks for waiting time if the unit for replacement is out of stock. In this case, we will adjust the warranty claim period. If the item for replacement is still not available after two weeks, you have an option to upgrade or choose any items of our product. Upgrade may require additional payment based on its current market value. STRICTLY NO REFUND.
