Yesterday court found Uwera guilty of intentionally knocking dead her husband Juvenal Nsenga at their matrimonial home in Bugoloobi a Kampala suburb on January 10th 2013. ……………………………………. Parliament is this afternoon expected to approve Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda as the new prime minister. Rugunda was appointed by President Museveni last Friday replacing Amama Mbabazi. Rugunda has been the health Minister and yet to be replaced.
