3 Years ago on this very day I underwent an extremely painful and risky operation. Thankfully I came out the other end. Since then it has been a constant struggle to try and get back to my normal self, both physically and mentally. Times have been tough but thanks to an amazing group of people Im lucky enough to call my friends, Ive kept on pushing. Through it all Ive made new friends for life, been adopted into new families and married the love of my life. Words cannot describe the feelings I get when I think back to that awful awful day... but its what comes afterwards that makes me smile, makes life bearable for me... The slow road to recovery has been everything but easy, but Im slowly getting there. To everyone who has been there for me since that day I want to give you my utmost sincere thank you, without you all I honestly dont know where I would be today. So, thank you...
