#3 a): in soft an cancellos bone and thin compacta we do not want to drill and remove bone what we have to do with all types of cylindric implants. We would like to condense the bone without using a bone condenser before - like you would do it with a spax screw in very soft wood. Depending on the density of the bone class IV you could even just use the rose bur and then directly screw the implant into the bone. As well all steps in between to the standard protocol of bone class IV what youll see in the short movie. The insertion torque will be around 30 to 40 Ncm, the bone to implant contact (BIC) and the pull out force much more than in conventional implants.
