3 months old?! What happened to my 6 pound baby?.. Youre growing, learning, & thriving. Your 3rd month was full of new little milestones, changes, & lots of smiles. You weighed 11 pounds, measured 22 inches long now & youre a very healthy baby. You get attention everywhere we go. People always comment on your adorable smile Your smiles make my heart beat fast & my insides melt. You have been using those sweet smiles to communicate with us. I love making eye contact with you & seeing you smile at me. Its during these moments that I realize you have fulfilled something deep within me, you make me so happy to be a mom. Youve learned to take long naps when you know your mom is tired from work & all she wants to do is rest, but it still isnt a routine for you yet. Sometimes youll go only 45 minutes, & sometimes its 3 hours. Occasionally, you dont want to be laying down, you just want to be held & be snuggled up. I love to snuggle with you! You keep me warm You are still waking up about once a night, sometimes twice, but you eat & go right back to sleep. You still have tiny feet, your newborn sized shoes still dont fit. Youre wearing 0-3 month sized clothes. Some are still a little big. You still wear 1 size diapers. Daddy & I love you every day even more❤️ Youre also getting very strong, getting so close to being able to hold your head completely on your own & we are always shocked. You are often a little fussy, but nothing that cant be fixed with being held, talked to, & comforted. You like to talk, scream, & yell to get our attention. You like driving in the car, but have had your moments where you want to be out of your seat. Youre also starting to like watching tv. & you already want to hold your own bottle on your own. You are so much more alert, smiley, & happy. You bring endless happiness to my life, even in the moments you are sad or grumpy. There is so much excitement, even in the little things. I still spend a lot of time just staring at you. Youre so special & I am reminding myself to cherish every day with you, because these days with my little Yaretzi are numbered. I love you so much & feel incredibly lucky to have you in my life ❤️
