#3 things that suck... but hopefully are #3goodthings in disguise. 1. We didnt get the apartment we applied for. $50 down the drain. I get to pick up my $150 hold check tomorrow. Apparently, we really were just a number to them. That is the part of Dave Ramsey FPU that no one tells you about. You very well may have enough money to cover the rent, but once your credit slips, you are still just a number in the ol data base. The little man at Village Oaks, that everyone has bashed in the reviews, really was a small man. The first time I heard or saw him smile was when he told me that we were denied, and he had power over that decision. Thanks for nothing dickwad. We havent been late with rent in 7 years. 2. I got the notice on my door today. Next week they are powerwashing and staining our fences. Its says NOTHING can obstruct them, and of course they are not responsible for any overspray on cars...etc. Do you know what that means? I have to hack down my garden. *breathes. 3. They called me to tell me that they will not extend our Fiat loan, for the modification that we have been working on. I called them back to tell them to arrange a good time to surrender the car. He said to hold on until monday, to see if there was *something* he could do, because he understands that we are trying to downsize and get a grip on our stuff...but hell, who knows. Hopefully all these 3 things that suck are really #3goodthings in disguise. 4. bonus sad: my Clary calm rolled out of my pocket somewhere and I has a sad. Hopefully whomever finds it, needs it more than I do.
