3 weeks at the gym, cut out dunkin dounts, fast food and beer, lost 10 pounds. Today, stopped off at dunking donuts after cheer with Jordan, now the wife and kids are out and I have made a few beers disappear along with some chips and chicken fingers, not looking forward to getting on the scale tomorrow. Everyone is entitled to a day off, right? Hopefully back to business tomorrow. Lunch menu for tomorrow- SALAD.
