3 years to the day, Atlantis launched, and was then stuck in a museum. We now have a disjointed manned Space program, formulated by 4 private companies, NASA receives 17.6 billion dollars a year, which wont get us to Mars, or even the mesosphere. We hitch rides from Russia, the ESA, or Japan. Instead wed rather argue about Hobby Lobby, Common Core or whos on our boarder. In 11 days, we will celebrate putting a man on the moon 45 years ago...man was meant to explore and learn, yet most of us are regressing simply for a lack of vision and curiosity, who wants to play Candycrush! To every politician and bureaucrat that grounded the shuttle, I bite my thumb at thee.
