3 yrs to the day! I remember when we got the call from Vicki saying that they had gotten the call saying KU had a possible liver for Ron Walker it was the second call, the first was a no go, so I was scared to get my hopes up for my new father-in-law. I had watched him get sicker and sicker till he was so sick I thought he was gonna die waiting. God had a different plan. He blessed Ron and all that knew him with an extension you could say. We had know way of knowing the blessing was 3 yrs... Some may say it wasnt long enough but how long is enough when it is a loved one? Im so thankful for, even what seemed like a short, 3 yrs. if you think about it they say time flies when your having fun, and Ill say he LIVED this past 3 yrs. sure gonna miss him though!
