*30 DAY SPLITS CHALLENGE* The last time I did the splits I must have been about 15, and I long to have that flexibility again to help me progress in the world of Pole. As with any fitness regime, if you fail to set specific goals, you have little to work towards, and little to measure your progress against, and sometimes its hard to do things alone. So to help me, Im calling on you!! Heres the challenge... 1) Send me a before picture to show your current flexibility in the splits position - both left and right leg leading (ensure a thorough / suitable warm-up before attempting this!) 2) Perform a series of daily stretches (set by myself) for a 30 day period (1st-30th June) 3) After the 30 day period, take your after picture to show your progress (ensure a thorough / suitable warm-up before attempting this!). *No fee to join - its just for fun! *All entries will be put into a draw and one lucky person will win a Pole Train Fitness gym towel!
