30 Day Conditioning Challenge. DAY 10 Adding in flexibility conditioning! OK Nation of Tumblers I have a 30 Day Conditioning Challenge for all the athletes out there following the site and the ones I have been working with directly. Continue doing the first four exercises as well as the new ones. After you complete your conditioning for the day I want you to message me I Did MY Conditioning. At the end of the month I will put all posts in a hat and draw one. I will message the winner and get details to send you one of our gym T-shirts. So the more you do the better your chances.
