30 Days of Thankfulness Day 7: I am thankful that 4 and a half years ago when I decided to stop eating animals I took the time to really relearn how to cook. Now I can make food that tastes more delicious than I would have even attempted before I changed my diet. Tonight for supper Jim and I had scrumptious Tempeh Reuben Sandwiches on thick rye bread with home made sauerkraut and home made vegan thousand island dressing.
