30 July 1983 A few years ago I attended a conference on the topic of J.S. Bach and his music. It was a seminar of sorts on Bach. As many of you know, I, for the longest time have enjoyed the music of Bach. Having attended this conference on Bach, and having learned more about his methodology and use of religious symbols in his musical composition, I learned ever more so why I have enjoyed his music so much. Thirty years ago I married Debra Kay Kroenke. At the time we got married, I couldn’t have imagined how I could love someone more. However, each day with Debra has been a seminar on why I love her.
