30) Wayne[drury] is the chairman of the Pacific Trails Pipeline, I told you that is a conflict and you disagreed 31) I have been informed that Wayne has been meeting with Enbridge, a company that WE CLEARLY TOLD YOU, WE WANTED NOTHING TO DO WITH 32) Wayne is the Administrator, Chief Financial Officer, CTR CEO, Embark Engineering CEO, CEO of Lax Kw Alaams Group of Companies, Band Consultant...WHEN WILL THE CONFLICT END!!!! 33) I have asked to see what are all the boards Wayne sits on and still you have not responded. I know he is on the WatCO board where he is clearly in violation of continuing to advocate for companies; such as JJM and Embark while sitting on that board, before any discussion about contract work has even been discussed, let alone even owning the Island yet.. THIS IS A CONFLICT GARRY AND HE SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM WATCO EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY!!!!! 34) And lastly, but never the least, the only thing to-date you have allowed was to allow a CTR employee come in and insult me, disrespect me and defame my name when I merely relayed a message from two corporations that stated they can never get a hold of this employee and after the insults stopped, you only than in turn elected to tell this employee in front of council that I was right. Garry, you were challenged on this employee being allowed to come in and speak on minutes that were not passed, so how is it that this employee gained access to our council meeting minutes before they were adopted and passed???? YOU continue to allow the current Administrator to direct award the band business to the same companies!!! Do you understand there are serious implications and ramification when it comes to the competition act! The list goes on Garry, you never adopted 2 years worth of minutes until myself and Councilor Carl Sampson Jr started, we informed you that we can be held liable by not passing and adopting minutes. It wasnt until we pushing for these minutes to be passed properly, before you would agree to adopt them; which clearly states in ROBERTS RULES OF ORDER... you cannot move on to conduct regular business without adopting previous council minutes!!!
