30 days ago, I started the most challenging fitness program yet since becoming a Beachbody coach last March. I wanted a challenge. I wanted to push myself to the limits. And, I wanted some baby muscles/abs. To me, my before/after pictures dont look THAT different; however, I see progress in other ways. 1) I lost inches & pounds... check out how many in my video 2) I pushed play everyday but one 3) My Max Out time improved week over week meaning my endurance is improving 4) By week 4, I wasnt seeing stars ;-) 5) I DEFINITELY have more muscle definition overall So, halfway through the program, and Im feeling confident and proud of myself for so many reasons, but the biggest one being, I challenged myself with a very intense program, and I have stuck with it and am improving my strength everyday. Heres to kicking some bootay the next 30 days, and incorporating the ab DVD so I can see some more definition in those bad boys. youtu.be/U3uWB7Rg188
