Pan fried salmon fillet, spinach mash, grilled asparagus, thyme beurre blanc sauce Mediterranean vegetable risotto with grilled haloumi, dressed salad and garlic bread. To finish. Black cherry and chocolate gateau, cherry coulis and Chantilly cream. White chocolate and raspberry brulee with raspberry cream cannoli. Banoffee and honeycomb ice cream sundae.
