31/12/2014. ॐ श्रीपरमात्मने नमः । DIFFERENT STORIES OF DIFFERENT SECTS, PUNDITS AND SCRIPTURES PERPLEXES ME, WHERE TO RESORT? Yes this is true. People have become apprehensive. People want some peg, some shoulder where they can tag their worries. They want some scant solace assuring them to make reservation for heaven. They are not prepared to work and they are not ready to spare time for their spiritual development, so they are always on look out for someone who can pretend to work and spare time on their behalf. As the gold market is always lucrative, same way this so called Pundit market is also always lucrative. But if you purchase gold from spurious shops, then you always have fear of deceit, same way you have always fear of meeting spurious Pundits. The most important thing is you will have to work and spare time for your spiritual development. All the Masters who have attained Realisation, have in common said one thing that is you shall have to forget the knowledge in the end; then only the Realisation can be attained. So if you believe me, then you need not to attain any knowledge; because in the end you shall have to unlearn it. Then question is from where to begin? The shortest line joining the two points is called Simple Line. Same way the shortest way to attain the Realisation is Simple Life, the life devoid of hypocrisy, pretention and egoism. You do unto others the things you want others to do unto yourself. See yourself in all live and substances. Pundits will prescribe you very complicated procedures. Your mind will also like complications, because your intellect never accepts which is simple and easy to practise. Krishna in Gita-6/17, says: “The sorrows of a person will be destroyed whose eating and movements are moderate, whose sleep and wakefulness are temperate.” Gita-6/17. Here the sorrow means the sorrow of cycle of birth and death. So procedure is very simple. It will always be simple only. But there are very few buyers for the simple procedures. The onus of finding the right Guru rests on you. If you mistook there and resultant to that you went astray, then none but you will be held responsible for it. you are taking utmost care in finding a bridegroom for your daughter. There you don’t trust on the market survey. Same way in finding right Guru, you will have to take necessary care. If this done, you have not to worry for your spiritual development. Though there are so many sects and Pundits and scriptures, the truth is only one. All scriptures and sects and Gurus may point to different ways, but if they are genuine, they will help you reach to the same one place, Parmatma. As far as Scriptures are concerned, I shall advise to repeatedly read primarily Upanishads and Gita, published by Gita Press Gorakhpur. If this done, then you can also read Brahmsutra. Then you will have vision and discernment to decide what to read and what not to. All genuine ways lead to same destination, the Truth. You have limited breaths on the earth. So you can’t afford to join this sect then that sect then again other sect. Because in that case you will not have enough time to travel to the destination. All scriptures and Gurus and sects have only one thing to tell you in common and that is “You are always liberated, free and unbonded. It is your ignorance that makes you believe that you are bonded and you need to liberate yourself. You are the entity you seek for during your entire life. You are Sat Chit Anand by your very nature. You are not experiencing this because you are wandering elsewhere in search of it. You can find a thing where it is lost, and it is within you.” हरिः ॐ तत् सत् ।
