31 years ago (this November) a sick kid in the Hospital with Lukemia was given a stack of old Teen Titans comics by his father. I fell in love with comics that moment, and they have always been a part of my life. Recently I have persued a career in creating them myself, first with writing them and lately drawing as well. The culmination of all those years of dreams came together today in the most amazing way. Today I sat at a booth with comics I created and art I had made and watched people enjoy them and be excited to get copies of them for themselves, almost selling out of the titles I work on for CK Comics, and purchasing prints and original pencils I did for pages in those books. Today was Chico-Con, a convention for comics and enthusiast I began planning a few short months ago. Along with friends, family, and new friends made there I lived the dream, and had one of the most amazing days of my life. I want to thank my dad Scott Will for those issues, and I want to thank all you that were there, or that couldnt be but support what I do from the bottom of my heart. Today that sick kid in a hospital bed reading Teen Titans wish was fulfilled.
