360 XOCHI QUETZAL: Fall and Winter Artist Residency in Central Mexico: The new 360 XOCHI QUETZAL artist residency is located in Chapala, Mexico on the shores of the largest lake in Mexico where the perfect year-round climate and stunning lake and mountain views have long established the region as an international artist mecca. APPLICATION: Our on-line application is now available on CAFÉ. The application fee is $36.00 and if you apply to both residencies, there is a $12 discount. Artists who are re-applying also qualify for a $12 discount. Only one discount will apply. Applicants will be notified no later than September 2, 2013. If you apply now for the Winter residency, your application will be evaluated in late November and you will be notified no later than November 23, 2013.
