@37 weeks- the 4 min summary of our 30-45 min practice. Basically focused on breathing, pelvic floor exercise, alignment and flexibility. No more extreme stretching and definitely no inversions for us! I modified few asanas by listening to the body-whatever that makes me feel good and right. Its not about deep purification this time but its about bringing health, healing, ease/comfort, grace and glow in mind and body. Namaste
