37 years old male , peg shaped UR2 and missing UL2. Was concerned about the gaps and wanted improvement. Referred him to my principal for Ortho but pt refused Ortho. Pt came back ... We discussed Crown / Composite and he choose latter. This was done in April 2013. Material used Dentsply CeramX Duo. Pt now wants Composite with UL3 and I am not very keen on it so I havent planned anything for UL3. What do you all think could have been done differently ? What should be done with UL3 ? Please share your thoughts ...
