38/365 - OK so I thought I wouldnt do this, I would just make a donation. However, I did not anticipate being nominated by Eschner. I nominate Sean Tobin, Michael Borg, and Nicole Borg. The rule is you have to give a donation regardless of whether you do the Ice Bucket or not, if you chose not to do it you are expected to give a $100 donation. ALS is a serious illness as is Evans Syndrome, however both are rare. More information on both below. Some think that focusing on rare diseases is not worth the investment when there are so many other serious, more common diseases affecting many more people. I say that besides the human factor affecting those afflicted and the ones they are loved by, by tackling these illnesses we gain a wider arsenal of knowledge to combat other scourges. We need to focus on many fronts in our war on illnesses to prevent focusing on one path that may prove to be a dead end.
