38 minutes--mostly on hold--to find out the kind of crappy service I am going to get from the only company left that offers health insurance policies through the Marketplace in Iowa. They sent the statements on the 30th and expect payment by the 9th. No statement in the mail today! Hows that going to work? Matches the crappy policy! On their last call, their customer service person told me that I couldnt SEE a specialist until I have spent the policy deductible (which is over $6000). Technically, I can see one; they just wont pay for it. But that is a crucial distinction that she should be able to explain correctly.
