3R Initiative, AIMIM reaches Narbal Treatment, free medicine given to flood affected Rising Kashmir News Srinagar Sep 27: A medical camp was organized jointly by 3R Initiative by Rising Kashmir and All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) Hyderabad in the premises of Primary Health Centre Narbal today. Over 400 people were treated and given free medicine by a team of doctors.Under the leadership of Asaduddin Owaisi (MP), the AIMIM has started its relief work in flood-hit Kashmir. Owaisi was the first Indian politician to visit Kashmir after the floods last week. As part of extending solidarity with the affected people here, the AIMIM has begun a major initiative to help the people and this was the beginning. Mohammad Maajid Hussain, Mayor of Hyderabad who headed a delegation that brought the first consignment of the relief supervised the camp along with Editor Rising Kashmir Shujaat Bukhari.Expressing shock over the devastation that has taken place in Kashmir, he said that AIMIM would do everything to help the people. “Our president Owaisi Saheb has special affection for this place and its people,” he said adding that whatever steps are taken to mitigate the sufferings of people are not enough owing to destruction that has taken place. He was accompanied by Corporator Mohsin Balala and other members. The Mayor also took a round of Narbal village and some parts of Srinagar to assess the situation.A team of doctors comprising Dr Abid, Dr Masarat, Dr Tehmeena and Dr Aijaz treated the patients and also gave free medicine. Rising Kashmir Foundation extended gratitude to AIMIM leadership particularly the president Asaduddin Owaisi and mayor of Hyderabad, besides Director Health Services Kashmir and BMO Magam for extending the support.
