4.03 miles in 42 minutes, 35 seconds. So, this week I not only got back to running 4 miles(nothing compared to 9.77), but then I took 2 minutes off the time. Not too bad, 15.2 miles this week. Ill up my runs to 5 miles each next week, shouldnt be too bad, and that will get me back to my 20+ mile mark. My heart rate is already moving back down. I just need to be careful not to PUSH it too much, just let my body remember that it can handle the longer distances gradually.
