4,379 supporters 5,621 NEEDED FROM THE AUTHORS : We have received a email from Warden Tampkins and we are seeking a email from her that is detailed to assure us that at least four feeding stations with water are put out so that all the colonies will have food and water in their area. We recommended a vigorous Trap-Neuter-Return Program to ensure that fewer kittens are born on the prison grounds. We have asked how many cats have been fixed and returned so far as well as we have sent a email to Riverside Animal Services to see how many have been done at that location since July 1st of 2013. THE REASON WE ARE ASKING FOR ANOTHER EMAIL IS BECAUSE OF OF THE RELIABLE SOURCE THAT SENT INFORMATION TO US AGAIN ABOUT NOT ENOUGH FEEDING STATIONS AND WATER FOR THE CATS AS WELL AS OTHER THINGS. This is Warden Tampkins email sent today as follows; CRC has an established feeding program seven days a week including holidays. We have storage of food and supplies. We also have a system for safely trapping cats which are then taken to the Riverside County Animal Shelter to be sprayed, neutered, and returned to CRC. All cats are being feed and watered. Thank you for your concern. CYNTHIA Y. TAMPKINS Warden California Rehabilitation Center 5th and Western Norco, CA 92860 (951) 273-2950 (951) 736-1488 fax (951) 675-1769 bb AS SOON AS WE RECEIVE A MORE DETAILED EMAIL IN WRITING FROM WARDEN TAMPKINS AS TO THE AMOUNT OF FEEDING STATIONS AND WATER THAT ARE ON THE GROUNDS AND THE AMOUNT OF CATS THAT HAVE BEEN SPAYED OR NEUTERED SO FAR WE WILL CONTINUE ON WITH THIS CAMPAIGN. IF WE GET A DETAILED EMAIL FROM THE WARDEN AND IT IS VERIFIED BY RELIABLE SOURCES THEN WE WILL KEEP THIS PETITION OPENED FOR A FEW MONTHS TO WATCH OVER THE PROGRESS.
