Co-written by Jun Lana, the upcoming psychological horror thriller is enjoying a favorable buzz ahead of its September 24 opening. Is that buzz good enough to propel “Dementia” all the way to the Oscars? Will the FAP select the film to somehow make up for the controversial snub of “Thy Womb” last year and of La Aunor as National Artist this year?
