4 Minute MicroWave Chocolate Fudge 2 lb confectioners sugar 1 cup hersey unsweet cocoa 1/2 teaspoon salt just under 1/2 cup milk 2 tablespoon vanilla 1 cup butter optional 1 - 1 1/2 cups nuts wax paper Directions line a 9x13 pan with wax paper....... in a large micro wave bowl put confectioners sugar, cocoa, salt lightly stir ..... pour vanilla and milk over top..... cut butter into chunks and drop onto top of mixture....... microwave about 4 minutes...... using a mixer mix ingredients together until well blended ...... stir in nuts...... pour into the wax paper lined pan...... let set until hard....... when set you can lift the wax paper out and cut fudge into squares...... if humidity is high i decrease butter just a little....
