4. PROTECTION We must draw inspiration from the protection of God in times of adversity. The Lord watches over us without ceasing and protects us from all harm and danger. He will preserve us even when we pass through difficult trials. The Lord will protect us from hidden snares and traps. ISAIAH 43:2 When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze. PROVERBS 3:26 for the LORD will be your confidence and will keep your foot from being snared.
