WHALE - philanthropist, they are completely opposite of sharks, they want to help people and even willing to risk themselves. DOLPHIN - outgoing, fun creature, they dont care so much about money, they just want to enjoy life. URCHIN - skeptical, analytical, always on a defense, very negative people, they want to be sure before they get into anything. If you understand the different types of personalities then it will be easier for you to talk to your prospects. If you talk to a shark of the things a whale would be interested in, the shark will not gonna join your business. If you talk to a whale how much money you are making siyempre di rin sya interesado. Pero kung ikuwento mo kung paano mapapabuti ang buhay ng isang tao sa company mo magiging interesado sya. Thats what the whale interested about. The Dolphins are concern about is it gonna be fun?. Hows the environment? What type of people who work here? Whats the culture like? It is more on exciting stuffs. Sila yung mga happy-go-lucky. Urchin-sila yung mga sigurista, very cautious ang type na ito ng tao, they wanna know about your performance, your achievements, how effective your products are. They want to extract every details about your company. Keep in mind that there are people who possess multiple personalities but most of the time there is one that dominates the other personalities.
